Complaints Procedure

Raising a Concern

Last updated October 2026.

Tell Us

You can raise it with anyone on the team, or put it in writing to the practice manager. Most problems are resolved quickly.

What Happens Next

Your complaint is acknowledged within three working days and then investigated. We aim to send a full response within 20 working days, and if we need longer, we will explain the reason.

Taking It Further

If you're not satisfied with our response to a complaint about your private care, you can contact the Dental Complaints Service, which is free and impartial.

Our Regulators

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, which welcomes feedback on our care. Concerns about a clinician can go to the General Dental Council.
