How It's Held

Designed to Stay Put

We map every case on our in-house CT scanner before surgery. Each arch is anchored by MegaGen AnyRidge implants, a system holding the CleanImplant Trusted Quality seal. Healed Foundation and Staged use four; on Same-Day and Premium your bone sets the number, between four and six, and the pathway fee stays as quoted. For Premium, your plan also becomes a custom surgical guide through MegaGen's R2 guided surgery system.Mapped on our own CT scanner first. All-on-4, All-on-6 or a Clip-in Denture?

Each name tells you how many implants hold the teeth, and whether they're fixed or removable. Your CT scan shows which one your bone will support. Six implants are an option only on our Same-Day and Premium routes, where four or six cost the same.

All-on-4Four implants carry a fixed bridge, and the back two are tilted to make use of the bone you already have. Our prices are for a single arch. Upper and lower together count as two, totalled for you on the written plan. Whichever pathway you take, it includes your assessment, the CT scan and digital records, planning in 3D, your written plan, the surgery and final bridge set out on its card, and reviews until you're finished. If you need sedation, sinus procedures, more extensive bone grafting or long-term maintenance, those are priced on their own.2

Choosing Your Final Bridge

Acrylic / PMMA is light, looks natural on a gum-coloured base and can usually be mended in the surgery, though its teeth wear and may need refreshing over the years. Zirconia on a titanium bar is far harder wearing and keeps its colour, with a rigid milled bar underneath. Premium Guided Zirconia includes it, and Healed Foundation can add it for +£2,500.

Guarantee and Upkeep

Your treatment carries a five-year guarantee for non-smokers who keep up three-monthly hygiene visits. It stays valid while you see our hygienist every three months; your consent form lists the full terms.

Does full-arch surgery hurt?–
We numb the area with local anaesthetic, and most patients add sedation, so they feel relaxed and recall little afterwards. For a few days you'll be swollen and tender; ordinary painkillers keep it under control.
