How We Work: Fees, Deposits and Cancellations, Made Clear

No surprises is the policy. You see every fee in writing before treatment starts, our price list is public, consultations are free with a small deposit you get back, and we ask for 48 hours' notice to move a booking.

Fees last reviewed October 2026. If anything here isn't clear, call 020 8788 6688 and ask.

Fees and Written Plans

Your fee is settled in writing before any treatment begins.

What you pay is what our full price list shows; it is published online for anyone to check
You receive a written plan before a course of treatment starts, setting out what we recommend, the other options and what each part costs
Once you agree the fee in your plan, it stays fixed. Should we find something unexpected part-way through, we pause and discuss it with you before going on
A "from" price is the starting point for a simple case; your written plan gives the exact figure for yours
On a dental plan you get 10% off most treatment; implants, orthodontics and extensive cosmetic work are not included in the discount
Chrysalis Finance lets you pay monthly for treatment of £1,500 or more, subject to status

Free Consultations

There is no charge to consult us about implants, Invisalign, bonding, veneers or a smile makeover. The deposit holds your place; it is not a fee.

Booking a free consultation takes a £40 deposit, which we refund after you attend
A new patient dental examination with two X-rays is £30, among the lowest in Greenwich and SE London
We keep the deposit only when someone doesn't turn up; a short-notice cancellation still gets it back, though telling us means another patient can use the time
You leave with a written plan and a fixed fee to think over at home; you are under no obligation, and nobody will ask you to decide there and then
A second opinion is booked like any other consultation, even when the treatment was planned or begun at another practice

Cancellation Policy

A slot left empty at the last minute is hard to offer to anyone else, so we ask you to tell us early.

To cancel or rearrange, let us know at least 48 hours ahead by phone, on WhatsApp or through the patient portal
A no-show at a free consultation forfeits the deposit; cancel late and you still get it back
Running late? Phone us, and we'll either see you if time allows or find you a new slot
Should we ever need to rearrange your visit, we'll tell you as early as possible and offer the first new time that works for you
Appointment reminders come by text, so please keep your mobile number up to date with us

Dental Emergencies

If you're in pain, we aim to see you that day, whether or not you're one of our patients.

Emergency appointments cost £70; dental plan members pay nothing for them
Same-day slots are kept Monday to Saturday for people in pain; call 020 8788 6688 before 9.30am to be seen that day
Outside our hours, call NHS 111 for urgent advice
Head to A&E for swelling that affects your breathing, swallowing or eye, for bleeding that won't stop, or after a serious facial injury

Spreading the Cost

Pay monthly with Chrysalis Finance, subject to status.

For treatment costing £1,500 to £25,000, you can pay over 6 or 12 months interest free, or over 12 to 60 months at 14.9% APR representative
Once your written plan is agreed you apply online, putting down a deposit only if you choose to
Representative example: Total amount of credit £5,000. Total charge for credit £1,975.60. Total amount repayable £6,975.60, by 60 monthly payments of £116.26. Representative 14.9% APR. Based on treatment costing £5,000 with no deposit, repaid over 60 months. Acceptance is subject to status. Terms and conditions apply.
With dental plan A or B, your dental examinations and hygiene visits become one monthly fee, with emergency appointments and worldwide dental emergency cover included

What we stand behind, in writing.

Every MegaGen AnyRidge implant we place comes with a five-year guarantee for non-smokers who keep up three-monthly hygiene visits; your consent form sets out the full terms
We publish before-and-after photographs only with a patient's written consent, and we never retouch them

Data, Complaints, Access

The practical bits.

Before your first visit we send a secure link to your medical history and consent forms, so you can complete them at home
Our privacy notice explains how we look after personal data; only the clinical team sees photographs sent for an online opinion
Should anything go wrong, our complaints procedure sets out who to contact and how soon you'll hear back
The practice has a step-free, ground-floor entrance and a wheelchair-accessible toilet; see our accessibility page
All our clinicians hold General Dental Council registration, and each number is listed on our team page
