How Referrals Work
Every stage is documented, so you know how far along your patient is.
You Refer
Use the form below or email us, attaching any radiographs and clinical notes you hold.
We Confirm and Contact Your Patient
Inside two working days, with an acknowledgement sent to you.
A Report After Consultation
You receive our findings and the treatment we propose.
Treatment and Return
We keep you informed during treatment, then send a discharge letter and hand your patient back to you for everyday care.
What You Can Refer For
We deal only with what you refer, unless you ask us to do more.
Who You're Referring To
Name a clinician on the form, or let us pair your patient with the most suitable one.
Imaging Referrals
For dentists and other referring clinicians.
Send a Referral
We acknowledge every referral, then get in touch with your patient within two working days. If a case is urgent, ring 020 8788 6688 and ask to speak to the treating clinician.
Rather use email? Open a referral email that lists everything we need, then send it to reception@peninsuladentists.co.uk with any radiographs attached.
Refer Yourself
Any consultation can be booked directly, online, by phone or on WhatsApp, with no need to see your own dentist beforehand.
X-ray imaging, CT scans among them, is the single exception: UK radiation regulations require a clinician to judge each scan justified. Ask your dentist to refer you, or book a consultation with us and we'll discuss it.
