One Missing Tooth
An implant and crown, leaving the teeth on either side untouched.
A Few Teeth in a Row
Three or four teeth on a bridge held by two implants.
A Loose Denture
A new denture that clips onto implants: usually two in the lower jaw, four in the upper.
A Whole Jaw
Fixed teeth on four implants, or up to six on two of our four pathways.

An Examination
Dr Riaz looks at the gap, the teeth beside it, your gums and your bite, and takes photos so you can see what he sees.
A CT Scan, If Needed
A few seconds on our in-house scanner shows how much bone you have and where the nerve and sinus sit. It costs £120, and the scan is yours to keep.
A Written Plan
The treatment recommended, the full fee and what it covers, the timescale and the finance options, to take home and think over.
Travelling From Blackheath
A short bus ride or drive down the hill. If you're having IV sedation, arrange for someone to bring you and take you home.
What the Fee Covers
The implant and crown fee covers placing the implant with a guide, the connecting part, the crown and the healing reviews, with a five-year guarantee for non-smokers who keep up three-monthly hygiene visits.2

Dr Imran Riaz plans and places every implant at Peninsula Dentists.
Dr Riaz has spent more than 13 years in oral surgery and holds an MClinDent in Oral Surgery from the Eastman Dental Institute in London. He treats single teeth, clip-in dentures and full arches, with sinus lift surgery where the upper jaw is short of bone.
Because he gives IV sedation himself, the surgeon who plans your treatment is also the one looking after you on the day. Expect a calm, unhurried manner and a plain explanation of every option, risk and recovery.
