Stef is a dental hygienist who is passionate about helping people of all ages achieve and maintain healthy smiles. She provides preventive care, gentle hygiene treatments and personalised advice to help patients improve their oral health.

Stef trained in Canada at the Canadian National Institute of Health in Ottawa, qualifying as a dental hygienist in 2011, and has practised in Canada and London for 15 years.
She enjoys being able to make a real difference, not just to someone's smile but to how they feel about their oral health. Her special interests are paediatric hygiene, teeth whitening and orthodontic hygiene: supporting children in developing good oral hygiene habits, helping orthodontic patients care for their teeth and gums, and enhancing smiles through whitening.
Stef has completed training in teeth whitening and in the administration of local anaesthetic. She accepts referrals from other dentists for teeth whitening and non-surgical periodontal therapy; please send a prescription with the referral.
