Treatment usually runs for 6 to 18 months. The visits are short and spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart, so they sit around a working week rather than taking it over.

Dr Pei looks at your teeth and bite, and an iTero Element scan records them in a few minutes. There's no putty to bite into.
Your Simulation
Before you decide anything, you see how your teeth could move, stage by stage. Treat it as a plan rather than a promise: every mouth responds in its own way.
Aligners, Day to Day
Wear them for 20 to 22 hours a day, taking them out to eat and brush, and move on to the next set yourself every week or two.
Reviews Every 6 to 8 Weeks
Brief visits where Dr Pei checks that each tooth is on track and your gums are healthy, then hands over your next aligners.
Retainers to Hold the Result
Vivera retainers are part of the fee. Teeth can drift back without them, so most people keep wearing them at night.
Fees
Your scan and simulation show which package your teeth need. The fee in your written plan is the fee you pay.2

Dr Pei Xian Chen plans and provides every Invisalign case at Peninsula Dentists, from the first scan to the retainers, and is studying for a Diploma in Aligner Orthodontics.
